Background
- Perform systems engineering activities and assist in the preparation of a work product in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288
- Assist in performing systems engineering activities in the ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas
- Develop and deliver a work product in any of the ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas
- Perform systems engineering activities and develop and deliver work products of either the ISO/IEC 15288 Agreement or Enterprise Process Areas
- Independently analyze, and recommend alternatives for elements of project’s technical design
- Supervise or coordinate the work of other contractor engineers or technicians on a project
- Assist in conducting an evaluation to determine its suitability for project implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field
- Fifteen (10) + years of systems engineering experience or 14 years without degree
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience providing roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows understands system-to-system connections for data flow processes
- Capable of aligning sprint priorities with the roadmap projections and goals
- Knowledgeable of customer infrastructure, resources, and deployment processes
- Ability to track and monitor action items and dependencies
- Strong working skills with Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira
Preferred
- SAFe or Scrum Master certification
- Experience and knowledge of enterprise data, data flow and architecture
- Working knowledge of JSON, XML and other data formats
- Experience with data modeling practices
- Experience with data warehouses, databases, data visualization, data analytics, and Excel
