Background
- At least 1 of those years demonstrating experience with program milestone related documentation and program acquisition reports. Supports and drafts program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and SECNAV 5000 series directives
- security controls, tools, and processes into the DevOps workflow
- Assist in the continuous integration, continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD), continuous feedback, and continuous operations cycle
- Assists with program digital reporting tools such as DAVE, Qlik Sense Enterprise, RDA Information System (RDAIS), and the Procurement Management Tool (PMT). Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategies (AS), Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)
- Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares, and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards

- Provides analysis and recommendations for program execution and management
Requirements
- BA or BS degree in a relevant technical discipline, business administration, engineering, acquisition management, or related field supporting program management functions
- 3 to 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description, with at least 1 of those years demonstrating experience with program milestonrs related to documentaion and program acqusition reports
Preferred
- At least three (3) years of experience in the NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management
