Background

  • Draft and coordinate action packages and other correspondence related to your area of cyber policy and resources expertise for senior company leadership; coordinate, plan, and develop policies and initiatives appropriate for strategic guidance documents or company issuances such as directives or instruction
  • Support and monitor progress on responses to tasking from companies senior leaders
  • Identify program efficiencies or opportunities within cyber workforce programs, projects and activities to obtain cost savings
  • Provide technical and analytic support for the OPCA engagement with the GAO and company’s Inspector General reports, studies, and assessments as they pertain to task areas
  • Draft and coordinate read-ahead packages, meeting notes, meeting invitations, white papers, executive summaries etc. in a timely manner to brief executives in advance of the associated action, decision or event
  • Conduct deliberate analysis of the doctrines, and policies of the cyber military organizations. Identify gaps and how they impact with the overall company Cyber Readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college
  • Minimum 5 years of combined OSD, Joint Staff, Service, DOD Agency, Combatant Command Headquarters, or Interagency (e.g., DHS, CISA, Intelligence Community), experience performing work related to task area
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing cyber manpower initiatives; coordinating programming and budget issues; preparing manpower and workforce products (i.e., executive briefs, decision papers, information papers, talking points, analysis, etc.); and representing senior leadership in cyber operations

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited university/college
