Background
- Develop, create, and modify web applications or specialized utility programs
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
- Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
- Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
- Working at the customer’s site with government personnel to ensure program success
Requirements
- MA or MS degree in a computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline
- Over 10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description and qualifications
- 6 years’ experience with SQL and with C#
- 3 years’ experience with JavaScript and with Single-Page Application/Angular Framework/Material
- 2 years’ experience with HTML and CSS, Agile Scaled Development and GIT
- Experience with Cloud services, Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Azure
- Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of Atlassian suite of products, e.g., Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
Preferred
- Experience with ET Core / Visual Studio, Cloud Native Computing Foundation
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Cloud services, Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Azure, Keycloal
- Jest / Cypress Test tools or similar
