∙ Senior executive role driving revenue and adoption across U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community for a modern ground software platform serving space operations
∙ Own strategy to convert commercial traction into DoD/IC programs of record
∙ Build scalable go-to-market systems and strategic partnerships with primes, integrators, and government stakeholders
∙ Lead complex capture efforts and open doors with senior mission owners
∙ Establish durable distribution channels positioning the company as the platform of choice for ground segment modernization
Requirements
∙ 10+ years of GTM, business development, or partnerships leadership in aerospace, defense, or national security space
∙ Active TS/SCI security clearance
∙ Established relationships across DoD/IC space stakeholders and defense prime ecosystems
∙ Proven success closing complex mission-critical software deals and strategic partnerships
∙ Experience navigating government acquisition pathways (FAR/OTA/subcontracting) and long-cycle capture processes
∙ Deep understanding of space operations, ground systems, or defense mission software environments
∙ Ability to operate as both strategist and hands-on executor in an early-stage scaling environment
Preferred
∙ Experience scaling a defense-first ground segment or dual-use platform from early traction to major program adoption
∙ Familiarity with classified/cross-domain operational requirements and mission assurance environments
∙ Track record building partner-led growth motions with primes or integrators
∙ Prior leadership role in a high-growth aerospace or defense technology company
