We ask for a small $1k deposit – about 4% of an average fee – to show you’re serious. This unlocks
an enhanced service that speeds things up and dramatically increases success. With a micro-
retainer, we complete +90% of roles within 10 working days. We also guarantee to fill every position.

The $1k deposit counts toward your final fee, and our rate drops to 20%.
