Background
- Define and document the implementation of technical requirements to properly address stakeholder needs
- Engage with stakeholders to track, provide status, and drive requirements to resolution
- Organize and ensure alignment of program resources to mission need
- Develop and maintain, or oversee the development and maintenance of appropriate project documentation
- Identify, document, and track dependencies and actions across multiple partners
- Demonstrate the following:
- Ability to develop and maintain appropriate project documentation in a clear, concise fashion
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communications skills
- Maintain appropriate technical training to ensure skills and methodologies are kept current with evolving technology
- Performs other duties as assigned at the direction of project management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8+ years experience delivering interface design solutions for clients
- 5+ years experience demonstrating proficiency or expertise in relevant professional design software such as adobe creative suite (with an emphasis on XD), inVision, and more
- 5+ years experience with user research and usability testing
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, including facilitation of small to large groups (5-30+ people)
- Ability to provide clear, articulate rationale for design choices and approach
- Expertise with agile methodology and ability to work in iterative product design cycles
Preferred
- Experience with mobile platforms (iOS, android, etc.)
- Experience with telecom solutions, and details related to configuring and using VPNs, two-factor authentication, and related technologies
- Willingness and ability to travel on trips of 5-7 days duration to support technical and operational requirements
- Experience deploying systems in external environments
