Background

  • Lead Scrum, Agile, or SAFe teams while also managing key aspects of configuration management and supporting release planning efforts
  • Coordinate product development activities, interacting with clients, and maintaining a program increment backlog will be essential in ensuring successful project outcome
  • Oversee program increment planning events and release planning events, and your
  • Expertise in managing DoD schedules, performing schedule risk assessments, and handling technical program artifacts

Requirements

  • Strong background in federal government contracts, configuration management, and process improvement
  • 2+ years of experience leading Scrum, Agile, or SAFe teams
  • 2+ years of experience interacting with clients
  • 1+ years of experience working with minimal supervision as a configuration management specialist
  • 1+ years of experience reviewing government documents, briefs, and engineering drawings
  • Knowledge of the DoD acquisition system
  • Experience with program artifacts, such as Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Statement of Work (SOW)

Preferred

  • Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and working with Adobe Acrobat Professional for document assembly and editing
