Background
- Support IT systems, including daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution
- Manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Perform VM maintenance, building, and troubleshooting
- Managed IT infrastructure, handling day-to-day operations, monitoring systems, and resolving issues across client/server/storage/network devices
- Read vulnerability reports and ensure IAVA compliance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
Preferred
- Experience Linux (CentOS/RHEL) installation and troubleshooting
