Background
- Providing comprehensive support for CPSI/TruBridge and eClinicalWorks systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Performing routine system maintenance and participating in on-call coverage
- Acting as a liaison with EHR vendor & technical support
- Assisting in maintaining system security and documentation
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations to implement Team Prioritization Items
- Maintaining CPSI and eClinicalWorks employee and departmental security levels
- Provides CPSI or eClinicalWorks training and education to individuals and/or groups in
formal or informal settings - Gathering annual data for MIPS reporting requirements and implementing new required systems such as electronic case reporting (ECR)
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise systems implementation and support
- Strong communication and customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
- Knowledge of CPSI/Evident and eClinicalWorks
