Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physical science, or a related technical field plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience
- Need deep understanding of data link layer of OSI model, also with sonet and optical net
