Background
- Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system/application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning and measurements
- Ensure the COTS products function properly in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications
- Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite
- Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite
Requirements
- B.A. + 10 yrs experience
- Network Device (firewall/router/switch) system administration
- Experience in Python, R, JavaScript, or Perl programming; or UNIX scripting
- Experience with OpenText Application Performance Management (APM)
- Experience with OpenText OPTIC Data Lake
- Experience with OpenText Operations Bridge Reporter (OBR)
- Proficient in Linux/UNIX commands and Windows Server OS
Preferred
- Application/SA Experience with the OpenText Ops Bridge Suite
