Background
- Supports an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints
- Acts as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Produces supporting documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical and training documentation
- Provides end-user support, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any issues or concerns
Requirements
- 3+ years of capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in a client-facing capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working within Agile software development environment
- Ability to support creation and maintenance of user support documentation
- Ability to support system quality and verification in collaboration with other team members
Preferred
- Previous consulting experience
- Lean six sigma certification
- Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
- Change Management &Communications (Intermediate)
